Parmesan Crusted Halibut

Ingredients:

4 8oz halibut filets
¾ cup bread crumbs
3 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
½ Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
½ Tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp lemon zest, plus juice for serving
1 tsp salt
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients and stir until fully incorporated. Generously spoon the bread crumb mixture onto the filets and gently press to adhere to all sides of the filet. Place on a nonstick casserole dish and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until fully cooked. Sprinkle with lemon juice and serve immediately.
