Ingredients:

2 tsp dry active yeast
1 tbsp sugar
½ cup warm water
3 tbsp olive oil, plus more for bowl
½ cup plain yogurt
1 large egg
2 tsp salt
3 cups all-purpose flour, more for kneading

Instructions:

In a small bowl, combine yeast, sugar and water. Let sit until foamy on top. Whisk in oil, yogurt and egg until combined. Add salt and flour and stir until combined.

Knead dough for about 2 minutes on a lightly floured surface. If dough is sticking to your hands, add more flour as you go. Place the dough in an oiled bowl and cover with a towel. Let it sit for 45 minutes to rise.

After rising, flatten the dough on your floured surface and divide into 8 equal pieces. Roll out pieces until about ¼ inch thick. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Cook each piece until both sides are golden brown (about 2 minutes per side).
