Ingredients:
4 cups water
1 sheet nori, cut in medium rectangles
3 tbsp miso paste
½ cup green onion, chopped
¼ block firm tofu, cubed
Instructions:
Bring water to a low simmer in a medium saucepan. Add nori and simmer for 5 minutes. In a small bowl, whisk miso paste with 1 tbsp hot water until it is smooth. Add to the soup and stir. Add remaining ingredients to the pot and cook for 5 minutes or so. Add miso or salt to taste.
