Grilled Steak Tacos

Ingredients:

1 lb skirt steak, cut into 5 equal segments
1 jalapeƱo, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup cilantro, chopped
¼ cup lime juice
¼ cup olive oil
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
¾ tsp ground cumin
8 corn tortillas, warmed

Instructions:

Add all ingredients except tortillas into a large bowl and toss to fully coat steak. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator and let sit for 1 hour to bring to room temperature.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove meat from marinade and scrape off any excess liquid. Discard marinade. Grill steak 3 minutes per side. Remove meat from grill and place on a cutting board. Let meat rest 10 minutes, then slice and serve on warmed tortillas topped with your favorite toppings. We suggest avocado, salsa, cilantro and a squeeze of fresh lime juice!
