Ingredients:

3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp flour
1 tsp ground cumin
½ tsp dried oregano
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
1 (8 oz) can tomato paste
2 cups vegetable broth

Instructions:

Heat oil in medium saucepan. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl and add to hot oil. Whisk continuously about one minute. Whisk in the tomato paste and broth. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes. Add additional spices to taste.
